Stripes rug

Woven by hand on a loom in India, Stripes has long been part of the Poliform rug collection. Its stripes alternate two materials: the black ones are bamboo silk, which has a slight sheen, and the lighter ones in natural tones are Himalayan wool, so the pattern shows in texture as well as in color.

The weft is cotton and the pile is 50% Himalayan wool and 50% bamboo silk. Stripes is made rectangular or square, and sizes outside the standard range can be produced to order.
