What data we collect and why

When you send the price request form, we receive your name, phone number or e-mail address, the country and city of delivery if you give them, the text of your message and the product you asked about. We use this data only to answer the request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract).

Who we share data with

Requests from the website reach us via Telegram. A request for a factory product, including your name and contact details, is also passed to our supplier partner in Italy who prepares the price and the order. The website runs on a Hetzner server in the European Union. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

The server log contains the IP address and browser details; it is kept for no longer than 90 days. If a message is written in neither Russian nor Ukrainian, its text (without your name and contact details) is sent to a machine translation service so that we receive a Russian translation.

How long we keep data

Requests are kept for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a contract has been concluded between us. Contract-related data is retained for as long as Slovak law requires.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive your data in a machine-readable format. Write to us using the form on the Contact page or to sales@dumskaya-design.com, or by post to the studio address. You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
