Frame rug

Almost all of the Frame rug's pile is bamboo silk, which gives it a shifting sheen: the surface changes tone as the light moves or as you walk around it. A border of Himalayan wool in the same color runs along the edge, tone on tone, like a frame around a single-color field.

The pile is 90% bamboo silk and 10% Himalayan wool, 3–4 mm high, on a cotton weft, made by hand on Indian handlooms. Formats are rectangular, square or oval, sizes can be made to measure, and there are five colors: Gray, Gold, Perla, Carbone and Ruggine.
