Relief rug

Relief gets its pattern from texture rather than color: the pile is cut at different heights, which draws fine ribs across the field and a border along the edge. The rug is woven by hand on a loom in India.

The main pile is a blend of 70% Himalayan wool and 30% bamboo silk on a cotton weft, with loops in pure Himalayan wool. Pile heights are 6 and 8 mm. There are three colors: Perla, Tortora and Cammello. Besides the standard rectangular rug, custom sizes can be made on request.
