Mad out sofa
The Mad out sofa takes the soft, rounded outline of the indoor Mad collection and rebuilds it for the terrace. Studio Marcel Wanders designed it in 2023. The backrest is woven by hand from rope, which lets air and light pass through, while the sofa keeps the solid presence of a living-room piece.
The structure is stainless steel wrapped in tubular polypropylene rope in mattone, sabbia or dark brown. The seat is molded flexible polyurethane with a polyester fiber layer, dressed in a removable outdoor fabric cover and set on plastic feet. Back cushions combine recycled PET polyester with a polyurethane insert. The line also includes an armchair and a lava stone coffee table.
Prices are on request: they depend on size, finish and delivery. We ship worldwide and reply within one working day.
