Bellport sofa
Bellport is a modular sofa system that Jean-Marie Massaud designed for Poliform in 2018. The seat elements stand side by side without connecting hardware, so the same pieces make a straight sofa, an L-shaped corner or a composition with a peninsula end, and can later be joined by an XL element, a chaise longue, a daybed or a freestanding pouf.
Arms come in two heights, low and high. Back cushions are multi-density polyurethane foam wrapped in a cotton and feather layer. There are two ways to upholster it: a removable cover stretched tight over the frame, in fabric or leather, or a looser fabric slipcover finished at the bottom with the Silk profile. Feet are painted die-cast aluminum, with or without an aluminum profile.
