Steel bed

Steel is a bed by Daniele Lago, from 2019, that needs no fixing to the wall. Two central steel legs lift the frame off the floor, so the bed seems to float, and they come in Titanio or Peltro. Because it is free-standing, the bed does not have to stand against a wall.

The headboard is where most of the choices lie. It can be horizontal or vertical, flush with the mattress or projecting above it, covered in fabric, wood, or leather that is either smooth or ruched. There are 18 coverings, among them Darwin, Please, Francis and Ecopelle Bloom, plus glass panels in seven finish families. Shelves, bedside tables and LED lighting can be built into it. Steel Single is the version for kids' and teens' rooms.
