Mezz'aria armchair

In the Mezz'aria armchair the seat reaches far back past the legs, with nothing supporting it from behind, so the shell appears to hang in the air. Daniele Lago designed it in 2025. The legs are slanted, and a slight cushioning between shell and legs lets the seat yield a little. Quilted padding wraps the seat and back.

For the seat there are 21 coverings, fabrics such as Darwin, Frosty or Penny and Ecopelle Bloom faux leather. The legs are metal in Titanio, Peltro or Nero, or seat and structure come together in Finewood wood. The upholstery can be quilted or smooth. The armchair is intended for homes and contract interiors alike, and the collection also has a Mezz'aria chair with the same suspended seat.
