Meet table

Meet is a dining table by Daniele Lago from 2021, and its base is what you notice first. Two solid, symmetrical pieces lean toward each other until they touch at a single point, and together they carry a light top, so the whole table seems held in balance.

The top is made in three shapes, a free-form outline, a rectangle or an ellipse, and in three sizes. Its 8 finishes cover clear or smoked gray glass, glossy and matt glass, Vetro Metal, Wildwood oak and the XGlass surfaces in marble, metal, wood or fabric. The base is finished in metallic lacquer, Peltro, Titanio or Nero, so a dark or a light base can be set against the chosen top.
