Loto table

Loto is a square extending table for a kitchen or a dining room, designed by Franco Lago in 2014. Four triangular leaves are stored under the top. When they are folded out, they open like the petals of a flower and the square becomes a bigger square, with room for up to four more people at the table. Opening it takes one light movement and no real effort.

Top and leaves are offered in lacquer or in Wildwood oak, and the leaves do not have to match the top: one material can be used for the center and another for the extensions, which shows clearly once the table is open. The base is metal.
