Giotto armchair

Built from cylinders, the Giotto armchair sets a round seat on a circular base and closes it with an upright, curved back. The base is slightly recessed, so from a normal viewing height the chair looks like one solid volume standing on the floor. There are two sizes: a compact one, 66 by 66 cm and 76 cm high, and a wide one, 100 by 102 cm and 80 cm high.

The wooden frame is padded with technical polyurethane foam, and the back comes smooth or capitonné. Vertical stitching runs down the upholstery, in fabric or leather. Metal details are chrome or bronzed brass. A Giotto pouf belongs to the same family.
