Abbraccio armchair

Overlapping layers give this armchair its shape: the arms and back fold one over the other and close around the seat, with tailored stitching that follows each curve. Abbraccio comes in two sizes. The compact one is 80 by 80 cm and 77 cm high; the wider one measures 127 cm across, 92 cm deep and 83 cm high.

The enveloping shell has a metal structure padded with technical polyurethane foam, while the seat rests on a wooden frame with foam of varying density. Small details are finished in bronzed brass. Upholstery is fabric or leather, from several categories in the collection. Next to it in the series are a sofa, a chaise longue and a dining chair with the same wrapped outline.
