Gemini coffee table

Gemini by Andrei Munteanu is a pair of low tables for the living room, one square and one round, with clean geometric outlines and a deep, solid-looking top 160 mm high. The top is formed by folding and then veneered, and the way the veneer is laid out across it is the main decorative feature.

The veneer is black oak, gray elm or ebony, in matt or, for one wood, glossy finish. Short feet in matt gunmetal-painted metal keep the volume just off the floor. Used together, the square and the round table can be grouped in front of a sofa; one alone works as a coffee table in a smaller room.
