Kiranami screen
Kiranami is a three-panel screen whose tiles repeat in an undulating line, like ripples on the sea. The three panels share the same radius, and the aluminum structure, painted pewter, is self-locking, so the screen holds its curve without extra fixing.
Three types of tiles recur throughout and are made in leather or ash wood; ash comes in four finishes. The screen is 170 cm wide, 16.5 cm deep and 180 cm high. HBA designed it in 2024 to divide a living area or to screen a corner of a bedroom.
