Borealis screen
Borealis is a folding screen of three rotating panels, designed by Roberto Lazzeroni in 2022. The frame is pewter-painted aluminum. Two-tone leather bands are stretched across it and fixed with small hand stitches, so the weave lets light and views pass through.
Closed, the screen measures 126.5 by 67.5 cm and comes in two heights, 170 cm and 125 cm. The bands are either Pelle Plus with Anilina Nubuck leather, or two leather colors chosen from the ranges. Four versions in all. It divides a corner of a living room or bedroom without closing it off.
