Stanford Lounge armchair

For the Stanford Lounge armchair of 2019, Jean-Marie Massaud rounded off the lines of his Stanford collection and set a high-backed seat on a swivel base of die-cast aluminum. The shell is compact polyurethane with a softer polyurethane core, and its upholstery in fabric, leather or hide is fixed, as is the covering of the part beneath the seat.

The seat cushion is multi-density foam with polyester padding. An optional lumbar cushion has its own compact polyurethane core, a layer of cotton, feather and polyester, and a stretched cover that is removable in fabric. In the special leather version, the outside and the inside are upholstered in two different leathers, tone on tone.
