Y bowl

Y is a glass piece by Daniele Lago from 2025 that works as a centerpiece, a fruit bowl or a simple decorative object. Its shape comes from two sheets of bronze smoked glass, 8 mm each, which meet at a precisely cut geometric joint. The bond between them is made with UV adhesive and cannot be seen, so the join reads as one clean line without breaks.

The same joint keeps both sheets in exact alignment and gives the object its strength. The LAGO name is engraved straight into the glass, with nothing added on top, so the mark stays sharp and does not wear away over time. Y is meant for any room in the home.
