Blendie coffee table

Blendie, designed by Daniele Lago in 2021, is a coffee table for the living room that looks like several small tables pushed together, although the top is one continuous sheet of glass without any joins. The effect comes from the decoration: overlapping shapes in different colors and textures are applied to the glass, so the eye reads separate surfaces where there is only one.

The supports below are clear glass. For the top, the catalog lists five groups: matt or gloss glass in graphite, havana, rust, dove gray and jute tones; XGlass, a glass printed with marble, wood or Home Couture fabric effects; and Animal Zero. Different finishes can share the same top, and mixing them is what gives each Blendie its own composition.
