Talo bedside table
Talo is a bedside table of the servant kind, designed by Massimo Scolari in 1989 and part of the Archetypes group. The main column is solid hand-crafted maple, the top is cherry, and the base is cast iron and cherry, edged with polished ebony. The lamp is made of polished brass and copper.
Inside the column a swivel mechanism lets the top turn by 180 degrees, the drawer by 360 and the lamp by 320, each on its own. The piece stands 151 cm high.
