Hug armchair
Hug is an armchair in which a solid Canaletto walnut frame meets softly shaped upholstery, designed by Rossella Pugliatti in 2013. The wood stays visible as a frame around the padded seat and back, and the cover can be fabric or leather. It measures 80 cm wide, 87 cm deep and 72 cm high, a generous but low armchair for a living room.
One version is listed. The walnut has three finishes, and the cover is chosen from leather in three groups or from a long list of fabric collections, so the contrast between the dark wood and the upholstery can be set to taste.
