Aries sofa
Aries is a sofa and armchair set from the Archetypes line, drawn by Léon Krier in 1993. The frame and feet are polished solid cherry. Under the upholstery lies a beech and plywood frame with a fixed spring seat, while the back and arms are shaped from multi-density polyurethane wrapped in fibre.
There are two sofas, 142 and 200 cm long, and an armchair 82 cm wide; all are 100 cm deep and 71 cm high. The outer cover is quilted fabric or leather, in three leather ranges and a large choice of fabrics, and the cherry comes in three finishes.
