Palo Alto Free Kleiderkasten
Palo Alto Free von Gianni Borgonovo ist ein Kleiderkasten ohne Korpusse: Stützen vom Boden bis zur Decke bilden die Struktur und tragen die Türen direkt. So lässt sich eine Nische schließen oder das Schlafzimmer von einem Ankleidebereich trennen; in die Fächer kommen dieselben Innenausstattungen wie bei Palo Alto I-Box, aus dem das System weiterentwickelt wurde.
Alle Türen von I-Box passen, ebenso die Tür Rex. Sie öffnet mit einem Mechanismus ähnlich einem Pantografen: Ein oder mehrere Türpaare drehen volle 180° und legen sich über die Türen des Nachbarfachs, frei werden etwa zwei Meter. Der Aluminiumrahmen ist in vier matten Metalltönen erhältlich, für die übrigen Teile samt optionaler Kommode gibt es Lacke, Melamin, Glas, Kunstleder und Leder.
